Refreshing Pendant

"Refreshing" The design for this pendant came to me when I was gifted with some Niobium (something I've always wanted to try in my work).

The sterling has been hammer forged and formed, the Niobium was cold connected to the silver. Niobium can not be heated with a torch or the colour will disappear so cold connection is the only way to go. 

The tourmaline has been set in hand made sterling silver bezels.
