The design idea for this piece came to me while I was looking at some photos of an archeological dig in Italy.
This pendant was created using brass, copper and silver that have been hammer textured, ,roller embossed and file textured. The dome, backing and bail are all sterling silver. A black patina was added last to contrast the textured metals.
